Box File Making Machine Semi Automatic creases one by one automatically, the movement of gauge for creasing die is inbuilt and controlled by a stepper motor and by programming the PLC.

Horizontal Head movement for creasing file is inbuilt in the machine. The vertical head movement is at top and this head is fitted with a compact die to do 1″ Ring Hole, 2 Rado holes and 4 clip fitting holes of lever arch file in one SINGLE OPERATION.

Both head movements are controlled by Hydraulic Power pack and PLC

Box File Making Machine Semi Automatic MAKE ONE CREASE OF FILE BY A PRE FITTED CREASING DIE FITTED INSIDE THE MACHINE AND
THE GAUGE MOVES AUTOMATICALLY AT THE PRE SET VALUE FOR THE SECOND CREASE AND SECOND CREASE IS MADE.

THEN FILE IS PUT IN TO ANOTHER DIE PRE FITTED ON THE MACHINE AND ALL THE JOB AS UNDER
1″ Ring Hole, 2 Rado holes and 4 clip fitting holes of lever arch file in one SINGLE OPERATION IS DONE AND NO NEED TO CHANGE ANY DIE.
You can also do the following jobs by changing dies on this machine.
Ring Press Embossing.
Rado Press Embossing.
Corner Press Embossing.
