OPERATION:
Place the cardboad paper in the feeder, the feeder pushes the paper one by one forward.There remains a gap of about 2 inch between first and the second paper.The carboard reaches the punching section and is stopped by a sensor at set travel distance of cardboard for punching position, it gets punched.The cardboard then moves further and stop at set position and a first crease is made.After first crease is made, the cardboard moves to next creasing position and stops and creasing is done and so ….. as per number of creases up to default setting in HMI from 1 to 6 and a set gap between each crease. After all creases are done, the carboard goes to bender section and main file bend is done. The file is folded by rollers and goes out. At this point next cycle starts automatcally.Typically standard cardboad paper length is about 555 mm as default paper size, in case if paper length is different plus minus 5 mm, The values in HMI auto adjust the paper size.
The speed of machine is adjustable, feeder as per paper thickness adjustable, all required gaps between creases is default set( can be changed), number of creases can be selected from 1 to 6.Counter is provided for files counting.All six holes in one operation, All the creases one by one with auto adjustment of gap between each creases, Auto Feeder Mode as well manual feeding & Auto Bender. Some file manufacturer do not make six creases so number of creases can be decreased and also the Gap between each crease to any desired value

Duplex Board Brown Legal File Cover can also be made with this machine by changing the punching die only ( available optional extra price ) and for creasing only on HMI display have to set the number of creases and the Gap between each crease.

Electric Load 1 HP for Punching and Creasing with hydraulic power pack.
one Servo motor 750 Watt with feedback encoder for feeder and set position of punching and creasing, 1 HP single phase motor for Bender of file with Delta AC Drive control of motor speed. Morover two Actuators with stepper motor controlled by PLC inbuilt combined with Delta HMI is used to control the machine electronically.

Compact and Heavy Duty Solid Machine with inbuilt hydraulic system and no need of Air compressure.

The feeding of card board can also be done manually in manual mode.
