Useful for manufacture of Envelopes, Inland letters, cards, Die Cutting, non woven Fabric die Cutting, Leather Cutting, rubber, plastic packing, textile, chemical fibre, Patch Cutting, Envelope Punching, paper punching & EPE FOAM CUTTING etc.
Cutting Die setting mechanism very simple,

High speed travel of pressure plate up to top of die with low pressure by a high volume of oil pump and as soon as pressure plate touch the top of die, high pressure builds with high pressure pump and cutting at high pressure starts. Upper moving table can be set at any position from top to bottom by electric switches. For setting high speed travel of upper pressure plate up to top of die, place the die without material on table use electric switches so that pressure plate touch on top of die and it is done and press switch so that pressure moves up. Now you can use the machine for cutting material.All
Operations are with electric push button for safety.

Easy setting of machine die.Cutting force is more than sufficient required for all above jobs.
Day light area is adjustable, It is fitted with PLC control system for operation.
Table In and table out is attached to Hydraulic cylinder and table in or out is by push buttons.

Almost negligible maintenance as compared to mechanical mechanical machines.
