A very useful machine offered for cutting round corner shapes of notebooks and Corner Cutting of files made by Sikandar Machines.
Twin Corner Cutting Machine Hydraulic press the corners by a clamp near the corners and the corners of the books are cut by dies at both corners simultaneously by two hydraulic cylinders which are controlled by PLC (Programmable Logic Control). These two moving heads are attached with dies. One of the head of the Machine is attached by a lead screw and is adjustable lengthwise. The second head remains at fixed position. With this adjustable head the length between two heads can be adjusted as per books or files sizes up to 22 inches.
